Performance features:
Arc lining board adopts high chromium wear proof cast iron and end lining board adopts high
manganese wear- proof cast steel. The high wear-proof ability can greatly improve the service life of
main machine.Adopted bolts for fixing, the change and adjustment of the lining board will be more
convenient and fast.Shaft and sealing adopts multi-layer sealing device with good leakage-proof.

1. Introduction of concrete mixer machine

3. Details of Concrete Mixer Machine
3.1 Mixing Device Adopt high-rigidity and high-tenacity wearable cast alloy steel, which has the best
torsion bent strength, so it prolongs the service time.
3.2 Four-layer Sealing Protection
Effectively prevent cement and slurry entering into shaft heads, therefore, it prolongs the service life
of the mixer.
3.3 Hydraulic Discharge System Adopt advanced hydraulic driving device, providing strong driving
force, avoiding pneumatic discharge can’t discharge smoothly because of pneumatic shortage or weak
driving force.
3.4 Electric Lubrication System It supplies oil to four shaft heads respectively with four pump cores,
without by-pass valve, so that it avoids blocking in by pass valve, furthermore, it reduces the
maintenance load.
